Our normal office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday (Closed for lunch 12:00-1:00pm). On Fridays, our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Privately insured patients will be accepted on a walk-in basis. For minor emergency needs after business hours (which cannot wait until the office re-opens), you may call our office and the answering service will have the physician-on-call contact you. In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1.
The doctors will try hard to see you on time. Occasionally, emergencies or complications arise that may change or delay their schedule, but the staff will make every effort to notify you of these changes. To give yourself time to check in at the front desk and update any changes to your account, you should arrive 15 minutes before your actual appointment time.
Cancellations or Rescheduled Appointments:
If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you give adequate notice to the clinic. By contacting us as soon as possible, you will give us time to contact other patients and give your appointment to someone on the waiting lists.
If a doctor prescribes medicine for you, please pay close attention to your needs for a refill. If you need a refill on your medication, please contact your pharmacy directly at least 48 hours in advance and ask them to fax the refill request to our office. If the doctor has changed the dose, please notify them so that they can note the change in their system. If you are taking a controlled substance, which must be written on a triplicate form, please call at least 48 hours in advance.
If you are covered by medical insurance, it is necessary for you to have your insurance card(s) with you at each visit. Please update your insurance information with us as changes occur. The information you provide will help us to file your claim timely and accurately. Deductibles and co-payments are required at the time of service. The Notice of Privacy Practices is available for your review to increase your understanding of how your Protected Health Information is stored, used and shared beyond this practice, and to notify you of your new rights created under HIPAA.
